Vintage Jewellery Terms
Every vintage and pre-loved piece carries its own history, and signs of gentle wear, such as light surface marks, subtle scuffs, or a natural patina, are to be expected. These characteristics are part of what makes each item unique and add to its individual charm and story.
At The Nook, we carefully inspect every piece and endeavour to highlight any condition details that go beyond normal age-related wear. We also provide clear, detailed photographs that form an important part of each item’s description. Please review all images and information carefully before making your purchase. You can ask for more pictures or videos if you need an even closer look at a piece.
Due to the unique nature of vintage and pre-loved jewellery, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Shipping within the Republic of Ireland €5.00
How We Ship:
All orders from The Nook are sent via An Post Tracked Delivery, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way from dispatch to doorstep. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
Processing & Dispatch Times:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times once dispatched are typically 2–3 working days within the Republic of Ireland, though An Post may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.
Packaging:
Every piece of jewellery from The Nook is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We take great care with every order before it leaves us.
Important Information:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. The Nook cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at gemma@thenook.ie and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
The Nook is not responsible for delays caused by An Post or circumstances outside our control.
